ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and drive all sales activities for authorized products within the assigned territory.
- Identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve growth.
- Develop and present business proposals aligned with customers needs and objectives.
- Manage sales growth while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Resolve disputes and discrepancies promptly in compliance with credit control policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain consistent post-delivery follow-up.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in terms of volume and revenue.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably managing wholesalers in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and a valid driving licence, with willingness to travel as required.
