Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and drive all sales-related activities for authorized products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Prepare and present business proposals tailored to customers operational and strategic needs.
  • Manage overall business growth while improving sales operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely resolution of disputes and discrepancies in compliance with credit control policies and procedures.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and consistent post-delivery follow-up with customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in both volume (cases) and revenue.
  • Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and the needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Sales, preferably managing wholesalers within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and related software.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
