Sales Executive (Basic + Commission)

Our client a leading multinational automotive company, is seeking a proactive, energetic, and customer-driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars and innovation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys driving sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.

Engage proactively in marketing and promotional events to drive sales and brand visibility.

Deliver excellent customer service through professional, knowledgeable, and courteous interactions that reflect the company's image.

Promote and support the company's preferred business partners for hire-purchase financing, insurance, and accessories in line with company direction.

Ensure compliance with branch rules and procedures, including punctuality, showroom duties, and proper handling of the sales registration process.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Strong communication and selling skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Basic Salary: RM 1,850
