Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand a robust sales pipeline with OEMs, contractors, and fabricators.
  • Identify, track, and secure new business opportunities and upcoming project leads.
  • Promote and position premium material solutions directly to trade partners and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver comprehensive product presentations, coordinate sample distribution, and offer basic technical advice.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
  • Systematically manage pipeline data, client interactions, and sales forecasts using the CRM platform.
  • Conduct regular field visits and travel extensively across the territory to maintain a strong market presence.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within building materials, interior fit-outs, or construction sectors.
  • Established experience building rapport and negotiating with contractors, fabricators, or OEMs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate project-based sales cycles and manage diverse stakeholder interests.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong willingness to travel and thrive in a field-based sales environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track opportunities and manage structured sales reports.
