Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our diverse range of cutting-edge dental products.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, expanding our reach within the dental professional community.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on our comprehensive portfolio of dental products and technologies from various industry-leading brands.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using our CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities within the dental industry.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to contribute to product/service enhancements and strategic decision-making.
6. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to successfully close sales deals.
- Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a unified and coordinated approach to sales efforts.
8. Self-Development:
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to dental products and sales through continuous training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
