Job Description

Main functions:

To push current chemicals product portfolio into glove manufacturing sector & beef up Sales team.

Duties:

  • To promote and sell current chemicals in the company's product portfolio
  • Travelling to visit current & potential customers
  • Making technical presentations and demonstration
  • To conduct market surveys when required, in order to understand customers requirements
  • To prepare quotations for clients
  • To achieve sales & volume targets as set out by Management
  • Able to collect market intelligence on competitor's market activities
  • Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customer
  • Discuss, communicate and align with manufacturers from different countries on issues that happened
  • Being an intermediary between our customers and product manufacturers
  • Assist manufacturer and client with the trial run, product evaluation, ensuring the products are correctly and meet client's requirements.
  • Educate user on product features and best practices to help them better in the application.

Working conditions:

  • Based in Setia Alam Office.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 9.00 a.m. to – 5.00 p.m. (flexiblity to clock in/out within 30 minutes)
  • Lunch time: 1 hour break between 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Employment Requirements:

  • Posseses a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Polymer or a related technical field.
  • Added advantage if related with working experience.
  • Able to speak, write and read in Mandarin as have to deal with customers and our China based manufacturers.
  • Willing to travel regularly to interstate and overseas.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Good business communication skills, technical know how and business presentation.
