About The Job
This role focuses on post-sales account management, contractor engagement, and maintaining project margins. You will build strong client relationships and support project execution from letter of award through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service existing contractor accounts to secure project continuity and repeat business
- Maintain pricing margins and handle client requests for product specification adjustments
- Perform targeted cold calls and market outreach to expand the active contractor base
- Partner closely with the internal specification team to support tender and project needs
- Engage in client networking and entertainment to build long-term industry relationships
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience within construction materials or specialized contracting
- Strong technical aptitude with a eagerness to learn specialized concrete applications
- Outspoken, energetic, and highly confident in client-facing and networking environments
- Practical understanding of construction site workflows and contractor management
