JD - Outdoor Sales Executive – International Logistics & Transport

Locations: Malaysia / Indonesia / Vietnam / Singapore

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics / freight forwarding sales

As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for dynamic, self-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team across Asia

Your Mission

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be on the front line of our growth strategy. Your goal: to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international logistics and transport.

You will:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in your market (importers/exporters, manufacturers, trading companies, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and secure new accounts
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with our operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry
  • Proven track record of new business development and account acquisition
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international trade
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient/ Fluent English is a plus (additional local language is an advantage)
