Job Title : Sales Executive (Dealers & Contractors)

Department : Sales & Marketing

Reports to : Senior Manager, Retail & Channel Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive (Dealers & Contractors) to joinour team. This role is pivotal in advocating for Greenlam products among dealers, IDcarpenters and key stakeholders throughout Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, carpenters and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling toopen new accounts.
  • Promote and introduce Greenlam products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcaseour products&apos advantages and salient features.
  • Manage the collection of payments from clients in a timely manner.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and keyinfluencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service,to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
  • Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data intoSalesforce CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials and/orsurfacing products with proven track specification and sales track record.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Working Hours and Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client meetingsor events.
  • Travel within Malaysia on a day-to-day basis.
