  • Attend to enquiries and develop new customers from sales lead for contract packing prospects
  • To develop potential products/ OEM products for customers
  • Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business
  • To Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Prepare quotation and product information to customers
  • Maintain contact with all customers and handle customers complaints
  • To arrange meetings with the customers regularly (through web meeting, con-call etc)
  • Attend to walk-in customers or with scheduled appointments for local customers
  • Attend to customers for the factory visits
  • Participate in various trade exhibitions (oversea and local) to increase overall sales target
  • Communicate well with production, QA, procurement, marketing and logistics teams on stock planning and shipping arrangements
  • To monitor inventory for the stocks and packaging materials balance
  • Assist sales manager on any work-related daily task and prepare sales reports

Job Requirement

  • Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage (Packaged Drinking Water), food service line would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Well versed in ERP/SAP System, MS Office applications
  • Resourceful, trustworthy, results oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
