We are looking for a
sales executive for our office in Kuala Lumpur (Shah Alam Selangor) in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Attend and handle customer complaints / questions in a proactive manner.
- Attend to overseas and local enquiries and quotations.
- Develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers.
- Provide the higher level of service and maintain excellent relationship with all the clients assigned.
- Securing new potential customers.
- Following up on sales leads handed over by your HOD / Management.
- Maintain all accounts and new business approaches and outcomes.
- Taking continuous care of certain existing customers as specified in our customers listing.
- Assisting accounts in monitoring the credit line and obtaining payment from your overdue customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for sales and future business prospects.
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors, handling procurement task.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner and ensure that information about shipment's operational status is promptly relayed to the customers
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions & related duties as & when required.
Requirements/Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Good command of English in both verbal and written communication).
- International appearance & pleasant personality.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
