THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN KLK OLEO, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market expansion initiatives across both domestic and international territories.
- Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic agents and distributors in targeted regions.
- Conduct comprehensive sales and business performance analysis for key and high-value accounts.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports for assigned customer portfolios.
- Perform detailed market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Job Success Requirements
- A recognised degree with 12 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Prior exposure to sales administration, customer engagement, shipping documentation, and report preparation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated reliability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development activities.
