Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Southern Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, closing sales, and manage customers expectation. A key part of this role is to manage the sales process, maintaining consistent and professional follow-up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.

- Conduct timely follow-ups, track client feedback and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willing to travel and have own transport
- Experience in the rubber/ polymer/ industrial sales or related field is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
