Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage and grow sales within MT and GT accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade agreements with customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at outlets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Proven experience managing Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sales track record.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
