Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Manage and grow sales within MT and GT accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade agreements with customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at outlets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Proven experience managing Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales track record.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
