Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Bayan Lepas, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and generating leads. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and regularly reporting sales performance will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong customer relationship management and client engagement abilities
  • Experience in market research and lead generation strategies
  • Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with A.I technology solutions is a plus
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment that requires both in-person and remote work
