Job Roles

Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories by managing retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, expanding market coverage, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and local distributors.
  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores.
  • Implement company sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Market Coverage & Distribution

  • Visit assigned outlets regularly as per route plan, required outstation
  • Expand distribution by onboarding new retail outlets.
  • Ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market pricing.

Merchandising & Branding

  • Ensure proper display of products as per company guidelines.
  • Check shelf space, pricing accuracy, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams when required.

Collections & Reporting

  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate sales and stock records.
  • Submit daily sales reports and route reports to supervisor.
  • Update customer database and maintain documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (is a bonus point).
  • 13 years of FMCG sales experience in local market, both east and west Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local market and retail network (both General and Modern Trade).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Valid driving license (if required for territory coverage).

Expected Salary: RM5,000+ per month, depending on experience and qualifications; negotiable for the right candidate.
