Role Overview

  • The Sales Executive Healthcare Solutions supports business development activities in the medical and hospital sector.
  • The role involves engaging healthcare stakeholders, supporting tenders and proposals, and converting opportunities into secured projects.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Develop sales opportunities within hospitals and healthcare-related projects.
  • Support presentations and product briefings to consultants and hospital management. Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic costing with management guidance.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiations, and payment milestones. Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting.

Project & Client Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations, production, and installation teams. Assist in managing project timelines and client expectations.
  • Ensure professional and timely client communication.

Market & Relationship Building

  • Build long-term relationships with hospital decision-makers and consultants. Understand healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions when required.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to: Business Development Manager Healthcare.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, Healthcare, or related field. 13 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; English required, Mandarin an advantage. Comfortable with client meetings and presentations.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Fixed monthly basic salary: RM3,500 RM4,000 + Sales Incentive Scheme
  • Performance-based commission aligned with company policy. Clear growth path based on performance.

This role is not casual retail sales.
