Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Professional to expand our market presence and maximize
sales revenue. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle-from prospecting clients to
coordinating with internal teams and suppliers-ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction to
achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop existing and/or new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical
sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and
customer and satisfaction
Generate and manage quotations, invoices, and commercial sales documents for clients.
Utilize SQL systems to track sales performance and customer data.
Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets preset by the General
Manager
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's
represented brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
periodically
Study market demand, understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company
products and to provide after-sales support
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales eAorts
Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiate terms, and convert leads into sales.
Oversee end-to-end order processing and maintain regular follow-ups with customers to build strong
relationships.
Manage shipping arrangements, including securing pre-clearance and negotiating optimal shipment
discount rates.

Mainly new business development (focused on semiconductor-related clients)
-> Existing accounts handled depending on situation
No limitation on customer industries (wide range of industries covered)
KPI: number of visits + new business development + sales performance/results-based

Overseas: Singapore, etc.
Business travel required (frequency depends on performance and customer requirements)
MUST TO HAVE:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Japanese communication skill (N2)

-Possess driver's license and own car, and must be willing to travel
-at least 3 years of related sales experience.
