Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Nibong Tebal. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying informed about market trends and competitors to offer effective solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales strategy, lead generation, and account management
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools is an advantage
• Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Having prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Willingness to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
