Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales/ pharmaceutical sales or similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Passionate, responsible and results driven
- Good analytical, planning, and fieldwork execution skills
- Ability to deliver effective sales messages and achieve target
- Willing to travel as required
Responsibilities:
- Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Promote and sell company products to Independent Pharmacies (IP)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and price negotiations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and collection timelines
- Adapt sales approaches based on customer interactions and field results
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain strong product knowledge to deliver appropriate solutions
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports on a timely basis
