Sales Executive (FMCG Distribution) – KolaKu
About KolaKu

The Role

This is a high-impact, field-driven sales role focused on expanding KolaKu's presence across F&B outlets, cafés, restaurants, minimarts, and retail chains.

You won't be sitting behind a desk — you'll be out in the market, opening new accounts, building relationships, and driving real growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identify and onboard new outlets (restaurants, cafés, kiosks, retailers)
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
  • Drive product listings, shelf placement, and in-store visibility
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (volume + revenue)
  • Conduct market visits to ensure consistent product presence and reorders
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights
  • Work closely with marketing on promotions and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare sales reports
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years experience in FMCG sales / distribution / B2B sales
  • Proven ability to open new accounts and hit sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a field-based role
  • Familiar with Malaysian market (F&B, retail, distributors)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus
  • Own transport is preferred
