Job Description

Noraa & Co. is hiring on behalf of our client, an established IT consulting company providing ERP implementation, business software solutions, and digital transformation services to clients across multiple industries.

We are looking for a Malaysia Sales Executive to drive B2B sales activities, develop new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals for ERP and related IT consulting solutions.

This role is suitable for someone who is target-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable speaking with business owners, finance teams, operations teams, and decision-makers about system implementation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential customers who may need ERP, business software, or IT consulting solutions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy leads pipeline.
  • Achieve assigned monthly lead generation targets.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on business needs, company size, budget, and readiness.

Opportunity Management

  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer pain points and propose suitable ERP or business software solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal functional or technical teams for product demonstrations, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.
  • Achieve assigned opportunity targets.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity updates in the CRM system.

Sales Closing

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after closing.

Customer & Market Development

  • Build long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and business partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities for ERP and IT consulting solutions.
  • Stay updated with ERP trends, competitor offerings, and customer industry needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after sales closing.

Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in ERP, business software, SaaS, IT solutions, or IT consulting.
  • B2B sales experience is required.
  • Good understanding of ERP or business system concepts, such as accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, CRM, manufacturing, or project management modules.
  • Proven track record in achieving lead generation, opportunity, and sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to understand customer business processes and translate them into solution needs.
  • Familiar with CRM usage and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience selling ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus.
