Job Description

Key Roles:

  • Establish and maintain strong rapport and long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients to expand market reach.
  • Achieve sales targets set by Management and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Work closely with dealers to develop strategies and support them in achieving their annual sales targets.
  • Monitor customer payment and collection status, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding accounts.
  • Check and monitor stock levels, and coordinate daily delivery and sales performance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up on all quoted projects and ensure product availability aligns with project timelines and handover dates.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to gather market feedback, strengthen relationships, and follow up on quotations and projects.
  • Provide timely updates to Management through regular activity reports, sales performance updates, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.


Job Requirement

  • :Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related discipline
  • .Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • .Possess own transport (car) and willing to travel when required

Required Skill(s

  • ):Knowledge of AC products is an added advantag
  • e.Familiar with company sales systems, preferably SA
  • P.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoke
  • n.Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantag
