Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, government agencies, business development reports & networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
