About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Klang.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, SMEs and MNCs
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Conduct sales calls, meetings and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to support smooth shipment execution
- Monitor sales pipeline, market opportunities and provide regular sales updates
Requirement
- Experience in sales, business development or client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding is an advantage
- Good follow-up, organisation and time management skills
- Able to work independently and meet customers locally when required
- Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
- Fluent in Chinese and English (Malay or other languages are an added advantage)
