Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Malaysia (clinic visits, workshops & events)

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Transport Allowance

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive / Manager to represent a premium Korean skin booster brand, trusted by doctors and used by leading K-celebrities, alongside a professional daily skincare line.

This role is ideal for someone with strong clinic relationships, confidence in engaging doctors, and a passion for growing high-end aesthetic brands. If you are performance-driven and motivated by income growth, this role offers strong earning potential with uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Clinic & Doctor Engagement

  • Build and grow a portfolio of aesthetic clinic accounts across your territory
  • Conduct professional product presentations, live demos, and tailored pitches to doctors and clinic owners
  • Develop genuine long-term relationships with decision-makers not just one-time transactions
  • Drive repeat orders, upsell opportunities, and account retention

2) Doctor Workshops & Training

- Collaborate with doctors to organise and support workshops, talks, and training sessions

- Contribute to workshop content, product focus, and engagement flow

- Represent the brand professionally onsite to ensure smooth and professional delivery

3) Events & Industry Presence

- Represent K Booster at aesthetic exhibitions, medical conferences, and industry events

- Assist with booth setup, doctor engagement, and lead follow-ups

- Convert event leads into clinic sales opportunities

4) Sales & Marketing Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing team to share market and doctor insights

- Collaborate on sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns that drive clinic adoption

- Contribute ideas that bridge the gap between what doctors need and what the brand can offer

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetic / medical beauty industry

- Existing clinic or doctor network is a strong advantage

- Confident in pitching to doctors and healthcare professionals

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

- Willing to travel for clinic visits, workshops, and events

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
