Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Bandar Seremban. The Sales Executive will actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell the company's property developments. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting property tours, providing accurate property information, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining excellent knowledge of the property market trends and the company's projects.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Sales expertise, networking ability, and skills in customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with property market trends and related marketing strategies.
• Confidence in presenting and conducting property tours to prospective buyers.
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets efficiently.
• Highly motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a target-focused environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales, business development, or related industries is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation will be beneficial.
