Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share
- Prepare quotations, specifications, and proposals to meet customer requirements
- Follow up on payment collections and delivery schedules
- Coordinate painting schedules and quality matters with inspectors
- Travel across Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia)
- Visit shipyards locally and overseas to strengthen business relationships
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (mandatory)
- Experience in paint/coating or manufacturing sales (strong advantage)
- Able to communicate confidently with multinational clients from China and Europe
- Minimum SPM and above
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Experience in sales administration is an added advantage
- Willing to travel extensively
