Role Description The Sales Executive – Medical Device is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities for Recove's medical device portfolio, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, provide technical and clinical information to customers, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales visits, managing key accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. You will also collaborate with internal teams on marketing activities, product training, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Medical Sales, with knowledge of Medicine or clinical environments to effectively engage healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Sales Processes, including prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiating to close deals ethically and efficiently.
- Ability to conduct clear and impactful Product Demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences in hospitals, clinics, and related settings.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term customer relationships and driving account growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, business, or related discipline) is preferred.
- Prior experience in medical device or healthcare sales and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the assigned region are advantageous.
