Role: Sales Executive (North - Butterworth)
Location: Butterworth
Responsibilities
- Manage distributor relationships and operations within the Northern Malaysia region.
- Oversee the performance and activities of 3 assigned distributors.
- Analyze sales operations to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to optimize sales performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making processes.
- Maintain strong communication channels with distributors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Experience in Distributor management
- Trade experience in Northern region
- Work experience in personal care industry
