Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Nutraceutical Ingredients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent knowledge of nutrition and nutraceutical ingredients, and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • To assist nutraceutical ingredients sales and business development through engaging manufacturers and marketers
  • Conduct regular visits to customers; establish strong customer relationships that support long-term sales objectives
  • Plan, develop and explore new business opportunity on existing and new customers, providing tailored solutions to achieve monthly sales target and continuous business growth
  • Develop and execute sales proposals and marketing strategic initiatives including conducting detailed presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecast, budget and track progress against targets.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Product Knowledge and Development:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's nutraceutical ingredients portfolio and their applications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with suppliers to identify new market opportunities and provide relevant development progress reports.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics/ Food Science & Technology/ Pharmaceeutical/ Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Preferably minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Experience in nutraceutical regulatory and technical knowledge will be added advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
  • Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, ability.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay.

Possess own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley.
