Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as Sales Executive. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while supporting business growth and client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effectively communicate solutions that meet client needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of long-term client partnerships, support business objectives, and enhance the overall client experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME clients across Malaysia
- Present and demonstrate the OneCredit platform to business owners and decision makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer pain points related to credit risk, payment collection and customer verification
- Provide consultative solutions to help businesses reduce bad debts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with the marketing and product team to improve market adoption
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in sales / business development
- Experience selling to SMEs or corporate clients
- Background in financial services, fintech, insurance, banking, or SaaS is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
