Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales by identifying business opportunities, presenting IT solutions to clients, and building strong long-term customer relationships. This role involves active lead generation, solution presentations, proposal preparation, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, with opportunities to grow and develop within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Pinpointing the best offerings, giving demos or presentations as well as proposals to clients.
- Reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as partner collaboration, social media, marketing events etc.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with the client's key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with client's needs and industry trends.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, deals insight and sales order lodging in the ERP system.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates toward goals and potential challenges.
- Participating in ongoing training and workshops, as well as attending social networking events.
Requirement
- Min 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT Industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mind-set with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel.
