Responsibilities

  • Convert leads and maintain communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Inform customers of ongoing promotions and provide accurate and up-to-date information on all available courses.
  • Identify customers needs and recommend suitable courses based on their interests, goals, and investment objectives.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, messages, and consultations to convert leads into sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in company events, seminars, and promotional activities to generate leads and engage potential clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, property, investment, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and achieving revenue goals.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide professional consultation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
  • Great personality and presentable.
  • Willing to work during weekends or participate in seminars/events when required.
