Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Sales Executive is based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve revenue and sales targets. They will also work on preparing sales proposals, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication Skills: Proven ability in sales, negotiation, customer engagement, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Financial Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, wealth management, and market trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning to identify opportunities and optimize sales approaches.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in the financial or sales sector is beneficial but not required.
