We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Property Sales Executive to promote and sell our exciting properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively promote and sell the company's properties.
  • To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.
  • Respond to sales enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct presentation and product viewing for potential buyers.
  • Provide purchasers with guidance on bank loan and end financing procedures.
  • Facilitate the collection of down payments and ensure timely signing of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan approvals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • At least 2 years of property sales experience. Fresh graduates who are passionate and eager to learn are encouraged to apply!
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • A confident, friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to work on weekends.
