Role Overview
Responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting marketing
initiatives for our client's one-stop industrial packaging solutions. The role focuses
on acquiring and managing high-value B2B customers in industries such as
electronics, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore and develop new business opportunities for packaging products including
- corrugated cartons, plastic packaging, foam cushioning, and wooden crates/pallets.
- Identify and approach potential high-value B2B customers such as multinational
- manufacturers and industrial companies.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, market size, and potential
- customers to support business expansion.
- Develop marketing materials including company profile, product presentations,
- and technical slides for customer meetings.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to understand product
- capabilities and propose suitable packaging solutions to customers.
- Support sales strategy development and expansion into new industries or
- markets.
- Prepare reports and strategic insights directly to the CEO regarding market
- opportunities and business development activities.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in business development, marketing, or sales in a B2B environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills for market and industry studies
- Ability to prepare professional marketing presentations and materials
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with corporate and multinational customers
- Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Mandarin proficiency (in order to manage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
