Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Employment: Permanent

Location: Puchong

Role Overview

Responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting marketing

initiatives for our client's one-stop industrial packaging solutions. The role focuses

on acquiring and managing high-value B2B customers in industries such as

electronics, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities for packaging products including
  • corrugated cartons, plastic packaging, foam cushioning, and wooden crates/pallets.
  • Identify and approach potential high-value B2B customers such as multinational
  • manufacturers and industrial companies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, market size, and potential
  • customers to support business expansion.
  • Develop marketing materials including company profile, product presentations,
  • and technical slides for customer meetings.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to understand product
  • capabilities and propose suitable packaging solutions to customers.
  • Support sales strategy development and expansion into new industries or
  1. markets.
  • Prepare reports and strategic insights directly to the CEO regarding market
  • opportunities and business development activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in business development, marketing, or sales in a B2B environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for market and industry studies
  • Ability to prepare professional marketing presentations and materials
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with corporate and multinational customers
  • Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Mandarin proficiency (in order to manage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
