Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform outbound calls to potential customers of the targeted demographic.
  • Promote financing products and services.
  • To support personal financing segments by maximising customer values.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (daily, weekly or monthly).
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information in a CRM system.
  • To provide excellent customer satisfactions and build long-lasting relationships with the objective to increase sales volume and maximize profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.
  • Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales goals through consistent follow-up and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Possess a SPM or Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Telemarketing;
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply, guidance and training will be provided;
  • Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft Office suite applications;
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
  • Matured thinking, bright personality with good attitude and able to interact with people;
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven centricity;
  • Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under pressure;
  • Possess a high level of commitment, integrity and responsibility; and can be depended upon to complete assignments conscientiously and independently in a timely manner;
  • Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen & willing to work in KL (accessible by MRT, LRT & Monorail).
