The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong customer relationships to identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure timely follow-up to close sales successfully.
- Prepare accurate quotations, monitor delivery schedules, and manage product returns and customer complaints efficiently.
- Execute sales strategies through regular customer calls and visits, order processing, and performance tracking to achieve sales targets.
- Provide valuable market insights by tracking and reporting on competitor activities and product offerings.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and take proactive steps to ensure effective resolution of issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers while maintaining positive client rapport.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to address and resolve customer-related matters.
- Demonstrate strong time management by consistently meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Support additional duties and special assignments as delegated by the superior.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years&apos quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
