Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales and market expansion of Wheel Loaders, Electric Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders in the local market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and market expansion of SANY Wheel Loaders, Electric Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders in the local market. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, providing professional product solutions.
- Analyze market dynamics, understand industry trends and competitors, adjust market strategies in a timely manner, and enhance brand influence.
- Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and client meetings to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate internal company resources to ensure smooth processes in sales, delivery, after-sales service, etc., and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and report sales data, regularly reporting market conditions and sales performance to management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industry, with experience in selling Wheel Loaders, Electric Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders preferred.
- Strong market expansion, customer management, and business negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the local market environment, with a strong industry network and connections preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business trips.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
