About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to support our growing residential solar business. This role focuses on engaging homeowners, explaining solar solutions clearly, managing customer expectations, and delivering a professional end-to-end sales experience.
You will be the front-facing representative of our company, presentable, reliable, and confident in communicating our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and follow up with homeowners interested in residential solar solutions
- Explain solar products, system design concepts, pricing, and services clearly and confidently
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions
- Manage customer expectations throughout the sales and installation journey
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and simple presentations for customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to support referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (technical background is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Mandarin is an added advantage (to support Mandarin-speaking customers)
- Presentable, reliable, and professional in dealing with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain products and services clearly to non-technical customers
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Sales experience in residential solar, property, or related fields is an advantage
