We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team full-time at our Kuala Lumpur office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow within the beauty industry and help us expand our reach across the professional skincare market.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and grow our skincare brand presence by identifying and approaching potential clients such as beauty salons, spas, and aesthetic centres.
- Execute targeted sales strategies to generate leads, deliver product pitches, and close deals.
- Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations for salon owners, beauty therapists, and industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with salon partners to ensure long-term success and collaboration.
- Meet monthly sales goals and KPIs through consistent follow-ups, relationship management, and business development.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Work hand-in-hand with the management team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare sales order, and provide timely after-sales support.
- Participate in marketing events, company initiatives, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, skincare or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
- Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented, with a passion for beauty and helping clients succeed.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Must have own transport and be open to traveling within Malaysia for client meetings and business growth.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and customer-focused mindset.
