Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Bandar Klang. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, creating and delivering customized logistics solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services.

Job Responsibility

• Field Sales activities / Account Managing
• Finding potential customers, defining target audience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
• To plan own sales activity and daily sales call
• Given weekly & monthly sales KPI
• Submission of weekly sales report
• Prepare quotation to customers
• Support finance team on payment collection & after sales service
• Manage and track sales activities through C-R-M system

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum SPM or above
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to converse in Mandarin (HQ based in China)
• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
