As a Sales Executive (Takaful), you will play a key role in helping individuals and families plan, protect and secure their financial future through customised Family Takaful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new business opportunities
Conduct Financial Needs Analysis for individuals and business owners
Provide professional advice on protection, medical, savings and retirement solutions
Recommend suitable AIA products based on clients needs
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Handle servicing requests and policy enquiries
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge and regulations
Achieve personal sales targets and growth milestones
Participate in training, coaching and development programs
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holder (Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting preferred). Candidates from other fields are also encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome
At least 1 year working experience is an advantage (sales/marketing/customer-facing roles preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-oriented
Willing to step out of comfort zone and grow professionally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own transport
Basic digital & social media skills are an added advantage
No prior experience in takaful is required. Structured training and mentorship will be provided.
