As a Sales Executive (Takaful), you will play a key role in helping individuals and families plan, protect and secure their financial future through customised Family Takaful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and develop new business opportunities
* Conduct Financial Needs Analysis for individuals and business owners
* Provide professional advice on protection, medical, savings and retirement solutions
* Recommend suitable AIA products based on clients needs
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Handle servicing requests and policy enquiries
* Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge and regulations
* Achieve personal sales targets and growth milestones
* Participate in training, coaching and development programs
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree holder (Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting preferred). Candidates from other fields are also encouraged to apply.
* Fresh graduates are welcome
* At least 1 year working experience is an advantage (sales/marketing/customer-facing roles preferred)
* Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-oriented
* Willing to step out of comfort zone and grow professionally
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Own transport
* Basic digital & social media skills are an added advantage
No prior experience in takaful is required. Structured training and mentorship will be provided.
