We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to support our growing business in the building materials sector.
You will manage customer relationships, handle day-to-day sales operations, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. This role suits someone proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with both sales execution and customer servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Account Management
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and customer follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
Maintain regular communication to ensure good customer satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Client Coordination & Issue Resolution
Support customers on product customization, order status, delivery arrangements, and after-sales matters.
Liaise with internal teams (purchasing, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Assist in resolving any operational or coordination issues raised by clients.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare sales documents: quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and weekly reports.
Track sales performance, monitor customer activity, and update CRM/records accurately.
Provide basic market or customer feedback to support internal decision-making.
4. Market Support
Conduct simple competitor checks, pricing observations, and market visits when required.
Assist in new customer outreach efforts to support business expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
13 years of sales or customer-facing experience building materials or trading background is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
