Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Selling and securing orders / Following up on new inquiries & Facebook inquiries
  • Acquiring new clients and customers
  • Issuing quotations and proposals
  • Sales & collections / Achieving sales targets
  • Collecting competitive information
  • Conducting market surveys and customer analysis
  • Handling customer service and complaints
  • Attending roadshows, trade shows, and events
  • Proficiency in social media (i.e., Facebook Live, Instagram, TikTok)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication skills and an open-minded attitude
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently
  • Honesty, integrity, and a genuine care for customers and colleagues
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Skills: Microsoft Office, data analysis, listening and communication, problem-solving, critical thinking
