Designation : Sales Executive cum Client Servicing

Role Summary:
Your role is Sales Executive cum Client Servicing, and your main job scope is to identify and secure new business opportunities while simultaneously nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Your role is to create a sustainable revenue loop where high-quality service transforms one-time buyers into loyal brand advocates.
Roles & Responsibilities Overview:
Key Focus
- Strategic Client Partnership: Serving as the lead Guardian for key accounts. You are the primary point of contact for high-value stakeholders (e.g., C-suite executives, developers, or VIP clients), ensuring their business outcomes are realized.
- End-to-End Service Excellence: Overseeing the transition from sold to serviced. You ensure successful onboarding, manage complex escalations, and align internal departments (Marketing, Product, Finance) to meet client-specific needs.
- Growth via Retention (Upselling): Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through cross-selling additional services or higher-tier products.
- Target Achievement: Consistently working toward and meeting predefined sales quotas (weekly, monthly, or annual).
- Reporting & CRM Management: Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (or as per company's tools) to track leads, document sales activities, and provide accurate performance forecasts to management.
