We are seeking a Sales to support business growth through client acquisition, account management, and relationship building. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to support business operations.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Support sales activities and account development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Assist in achieving business development targets.
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries.
- Support client onboarding and account management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
- Update information in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare reports and activity updates as required.
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service.
- Experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or recruitment services is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
