Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Assistant Manager

Job Requirements:

• Generate weekly KPI reports and analyze data and trends to support business insights.
• Troubleshoot issues within the Veeva system to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate distributors stock-on-hand (SOH) and inventory levels for optimal supply management.
• Conduct continuous SFE training to enhance field force effectiveness.
• Contribute to bringing meaningful impact to the overall Medical Marketing team through data-driven support.

Job Responsibilities:

• A degree holder with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• Experience with the Veeva SFE system is a plus.
• You enjoy working with data and analyzing results. You are meticulous, think broadly, and possess strong business acumen driven by curiosity.
